The electronic states in low dimensional box show the effect of quantum confinement in their energy and extension of wave function and electron-electron interactions. Such quantum properties of electrons can be studied by research using extreme conditions such as strong magnetic field, low temperature and high pressure. In our group, quantum physics researches of various materials and structures has been performed with optical, transport and electronic beam methods.
