Optical waveguide fabricated by a dewetting process and Observation of light propagation within the waveguide by Near-field Scanning Optical Microscopy (NSOM)

This photonic wire is fabricated by a method to utilize a self-assembly phenomenon in colloidal suspension. This photonic wire is expected to use as optical waveguides on Optical-Electronic Integrated Circuits (OEIC) chips.
