Job Summary	Research on high efficiency solar cells based on semiconductor nanostructures such as quantum dots. Basec knowledge about nanostructure devices and physics in low dimensional systems is required.
Qualification	Applicants should have or are expected to receive a Ph.D. degree in the field of chemistry or related area.
Arrival Time	1 Sep 2012(Negotiable)
Term	1 year (Possibly renewable up to 2 years)
Work Place	National Institute for Materials Science, Sengen Site (Tsukuba-ciry, Ibaraki)
Work Hours	7 hours 45minute (08:30-17:15) a day (negotiable as the flex-time system)
Holiday	Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays
Salary / Supply	Followed by NIMS regulations. Commuting allowance and national insurance will also be covered.
